I have a Pro*C program which is very similar to a DB2 utility (DSNTIAUL). This will produce a flat file and the SQL*Loader control cards to load the data into the table. Since DB2's load utility and SQL*Loader are so similar you should be able to use this and edit the control cards a little to load the data into a DB2 table. Let me know if you'd like a copy of the program and I'll tell you our anonymous ftp site where I've placed a copy of it.
