Newbee Question on Orcale's Products

Hello All,
I am a newbee to Oracle's series of products but I am interested in knowing something about Oracle's Developer 2000.
Questions:
- What are the difference between PO7 and the developer 2000's series of products?
- Can PO7 using full features of OOP techniques such as Class, Inheritance, ,etc to create Objects ( in addition to the Window's GUI objects).
- Is there an offical home page such as www.oracle.com exist?
- Can anyone please kindly email the Oracle FAQ to me? ( I cannot connect to www.bf.rmit.edu.au)
