SYS3175.OS/2 & FORMS V3

We have severe problems using FormsV3 in OS/2. There is a problem with the dynamic reallocation of memory in OS/2. The OS/2-errorcode is SYS3175. We believe that the problem is caused by the C++-version that has been used to compile RunformsV3. Is there anyone who has similar problems?
