Try installing Personal Oracle - it comes with management tools which are real nice - you connect to remote database in some and others only work with Personal Oracle. I've reported this confusion to Oracle and complained that they should advertise these as a benefit to buying personal oracle. I'd highly recommend buying it just for the extra tools.
