PL/SQL listserver ??

Is there a list specifically devoted to PL/SQL?

i've just got a pl/sql interface (oracle's WOW package) to our Oracle database up and am looking for info on pl/sql..the comp.database.oracle doesnt seem to have much technical material..do oracle programmers talk somewhere else?
