New Oracle Usergroup?

I'd like to start a new Oracle usergroup in the PITTSBURGH, PA area.
The group would meet once a week and hopefully would like to accomplish two objectives. Obviously, the first objective is to exchange information with each other and have seminars on a variety of topics such as data modeling, CASE tools, programming techniques, and DBA tips. The second objective is to form an INFORMATION NETWORK which would allow everyone to become part of a registry. People could use this registry to form business contacts and help each other out.
