Procedural Gateway - Anyone using?

Hi.
I am finding it very difficult to find any documentation for or customers who are using the Procedural Gateway. Is there anyone using the facility. If so, how has it been deployed (hardware, operating system, network platforms) and how are you using it within your application? Is it even actually available? I keep hearing different things from customers in regards to its availability?
