The ODBC driver for ORACLE is available at no cost
(except phone connection) at the Microsoft Download Service mailbox(?).
The phone number is (206) 936-6735.
The file name is ORA110a.exe.
And it works! It just needs the newest versions of all those .DLLs by
ORACLE and PCTCP etc.
