Radio button color

I cannot seem to get the radio button background color to match
the boilerplate background in Oracle Forms GUI. I tried the
"fill" tool, then selected the pattern pallette square with the
"X" in it, but that didn't work. I tried the background color
palette too, selecting the closest color of the turquoise
boilerplate, but when the form is executed, the radio button
sits inside a rectangle that is noticable.
