Pro*C from UNIX to MS Windows

We have about 6000 lines of C working Oracle on SCO Unix. Any opinions on how difficult this would be to recompile with MS Windows SDK for use with SQL-Net.
I'm wondering about how many C functions differ from Unix to Windows, and how much re-structuring may be required, and generally how much bother we may be in for ... etc.
Have you ported C apps from Unix to MS Windows?
