I use Forms 4.5 against Oracle, SQL Server, and Access for demos all the time. The only thing to watch out for is that Access allows you to create tables with columns whose names have spaces in them, and which are in mixed case. I've had the most success working with Access data which had uppercase table/columnnames and without spaces in the names.
