Decision Support with Oracle 7 on Windows NT?

Can anyone tell me whether all the features of parallel query are included in the Oracle product on Windows NT, is it a full 7.1.3?
Further has anyone carried out any testing of the NT product vs Unix in particular in a decision support environment, ie long run queries scanning large tables and with complex joins.
