Yes, they are in Tuscon - phone number 602-790-4214. We are implementing the complete set of modules here. They supply GL, MRP, CRP, etc. They are in direct competition with Oracle Manufacturing and Oracle financials. Their code is all sql based, not C. Their forms are all Forms 3.0 and their reports/background processes are in SQR. They are beta testing release 9 which runs in forms 4.0. They also have a version that runs on Sybase.
