Forms4.0 and French Accents on PC

Hello everyone.

What could cause my SQL*Forms 4.0 GUI screens to NOT display accents that are contained in my data coming from our Oracle7 Server on our UNIX box.

For example, the name "Andre" is coming out as "Andri" (For the purpose of my example, I did not put an accent on the e of Andre.)

This is my current setup

        Forms4.0 for Windows

        SQL*Net V2

        Trumpet Winsock

        French keyboard selected from Control Panel

Any help/hints on this would be appreciated.
