Maybe I'm lucky but I didn't have many problems connecting to their Web site. I've been there maybe 12 or 14 times, and a couple of times - I can't say at what time of day they were - www.oracle.com or at least its network apparently was down. Not a big experience, but anyway looks not too bad for a newborn host. :)

What I really noticed is that during the session speed and delays vary noticeably, as if the server is suffering from overloads or poorly configured communication stuff. Also, sometimes it might be down (they may not have possibility to run it 7x24 right after "putting in production") so if someone makes his/her attempts say at 10PM every day (s)he has a good chance of never getting there (so far).

If it matters, I run NCSA Mosaic 2.5 beta 4 (SCO), but it hardly makes any difference.
