Oracle WWW dead?

Having not read the group for a while I found a number of notes saying that oracle now have a WWW site.
Great, do I get a reply? No.
My name server translates the above to 192.86.157.27 but I can't even ping it. I CAN ping 192.86.157.26 so it isn't a routing problem.
So my question to you guys is what's happened to the server?
