NEWBIE: Keypress info

I'm using Oracle V7 on a Sun.

The applications in use are Sqlforms3.0 Sqlmenu50 and SQL*ReportWriter

The system I just started working on has the keypress combinations setup unique to each ap. ie:slash,F7, and pause do the same thing in each app.

Is there a default setup, and how can I go back to it?

Or, how can I create a custom setup?
