We are just about to purchase it.

Supervisor on: HP 700 Apollo (Xterm)
Agents on: HP 817, 867, I40

Damn good thing it is too. It keeps an eye on your unix machines and databases running on them (Oracle in our case).

You set the alarm parameters. e.g 80% disk full=WARNING, 90% disk full=ALARM.
The console flashes with alarms, and will page you if you want. You can also write/use the default automatic fix scenarios to sort out the problem. (remove core files perhaps)

It erradicates the need for the Unix/DBA administrator to spend his life running vmstat etc, checking database fragmentation, etc, by having an agent on the monitored machine which will warn him/her of these events.

A lot more to it too.
It has a rather neat resource management/Billing addon as well.
