Nope....it's a Win32s program, meaning that it will run on Windows 3.1.

It will come with the distributed option, so you can do database links, two-phase commit, along with the procedural option so you can do stored procedures, PL/SQL, etc...

The only thing it won't come with is a network listener, so you can't use it as a server.
