ERwin, S.Designor, Excellerator, Systems Architect, others?

I would appreciate comments on ERwin and S.Designor, preferably both but at least one. Both look like good tools and I wonder if anyone has any strong feelings about either tool.
I am looking at CASE told for DB design in general. I have so far found ERwin, S.Designor, Excellerator (sp?) from Intersolv, System Architect. If you could point me to other worthwhile candidates in this category I would sure appreciate it. Also, if you know of any independent reviews of these tools or other tools in the same category, or buyers guides, I would sure be very grateful for the information where to find the articles.
