RESPONSIBILITY:
- Installation, setup and tuning of Oracle V7 on VMS
- Setup of comm server
- Setup of dialin into MicroVAX
- Setup of SLIP/PPP on windows clients
- Setup of SQL*Net ASYNC and SQL*Net TCP/IP
- Maintenance and tuning of application database
- System Administration (Users, Space ...) SKILLS: An ideal candidate will have extensive experience with setting Oracle v7 on VMS for remote access. Experience with setting up Novell Netware is a plus. Familiarity with windows applications and development tools is desirable. At a least a BS in Computer Science or related major is required.
