Upgrading from Ver 6.37 to 7.015 of Oracle and Oracle Financials 9.42

We are currently running Oracle Financials 9.42 on Ver 6.37 of the database.
We would like to upgrade to Ver 7.015 of the database.
Has anyone out there done this and if you have what kind of problems, how much work ,etc.
