Running a PRO-C DOS PROGRAM UNDER WINDOW ?

Dear Netters:
I am trying to get an Oracle PRO-C program to run as a QuickWin application under Microsoft Window but I do not know how to write the make file. I tried to model after the makefiles provided by Oracle and it does not work. Is there anyone who has a makefile that will do what I wanted? Could you please mail me a copy of the make file.
