FORMS 4/Reports 2 on NT????

Is anything available on NT other than the database server? Our company is *hoping* we can get forms 4 and reports 2 for NT. Are these available?
If they aren't available, does anyone know if they are being ported to run under NT, and if so, what is the timeframe for a release?
