ORA TOOLS INSTALLATION ON DOS

HELLO ALL ORACLE'S USERS OUT THERE I am trying to install Ora Tools on my pc, the Data Base portion of the application has been installled on the Network. I have two problemsm, the first one is, when I login to the network and accssing the Data base I get an an error message saying that the Orapme is not loaded I do have the supervisory access to the server as well as data basegroup. ANY Idea fox.

The second one is I installed the Ora Tools on my pc. Every time I try to gein to SQLFORM it ask for password. I like to find out why is that.
