Any experience with Oracle*Mail?

My workplace is investigating whether we want to purchase Oracle*Mail. We have an application where we would like to be able to notify a user upon the occurrence of certain conditions. Oracle*Mail claims that it can handle these alert-type situations. If so, it would be a lot better than trying to write user exits to do it ourselves. It also claims to interface with All-in-1. This is important since our applications will be running on an HP-UX system and our users all have All-in-1 accounts on our VAX system.

In the future, we might also want to get Oracle*Office to replace our All-in-1 system.

Has anybody used Oracle*Mail and, if so, would you recommend it? Thanks in advance.
