What will you be using as clients and what is your spreadsheet of choice? For Windows and Mac clients with good ties to Excel you might want to look at ClearAccess from ClearAccess Corp (515) 472-7077 or the DataEdit, DataPrism, DataPivot family from Brio Technology, Inc. (415) 961-4110.
