SQLFORMS 4.0 and AIX

I am having problems with installing SQLFORMS 4.0 on AIX 3.2.5. My installtion had some problems and when I try to start any of the forms programs, I get the following:

% f40genm
Could not load program f40genm
Symbol _XmStrings in csh is undefined
Symbol XmRegisterSegmentEncoding in csh is undefined Symbol XmImVaSetFocusValues in csh is undefined Symbol XmImUnsetFocus in csh is undefined Symbol XmImRegister in csh is undefined
Symbol XmFontListEntryCreate in csh is undefined Symbol XmFontListAppendEntry in csh is undefined Symbol XmFontListEntryFree in csh is undefined Symbol XmFontListNextEntry in csh is undefined Symbol XmFontListEntryGetFont in csh is undefined Symbol XmFontListEntryGetTag in csh is undefined Symbol XmImVaSetValues in csh is undefined Symbol XmTranslateKey in csh is undefined Symbol XmImMbLookupString in csh is undefined Symbol XmImUnregister in csh is undefined Error was: Exec format error

Can anyone help me? I appreciate any help.
