SQL*Net/Windows Question

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I'm experiencing with SQL*Net in a Windows environment. I'm trying to connect to a remote oracle database on a Sun server. When I try to connect in native DOS mode, everything works fine and I get a nice client/server connection for both SQL*Plus and SQL*Forms.

When I get into Windows, however, SQL*Plus and Forms v4 can't make the connection to the Sun server. Instead, I get the following error message:
ORA-03121: No interface driver connected- function not performed.

I get this message regardless of whether I have started the Netinit7 utility.

Does anyone know how to correct this?
