more on 32nd process hanging

One more thing on about my problem with the 32nd Oracle process hanging:

   my system is configured for a max of 50 oracle processes and the two parameters controlling licenses are both set to zero. This info didn't help Oracle any but I don't want any message telling me to adjust my max number of processes in my init.ora file.
