PL/SQL Coding Standards and Guidelines

As part of an effort to standardize our research & development practices, I am attempting to develop a set of Coding Standards and Guidelines for Oracle PL/SQL (RDBMS version 7.0.15 & PL/SQL version 2.0.14).
Does anyone know if ORACLE (or anyone else...) has PL/SQL standards/guidelines that may be used by client or partnership orgainzations.
I'm open to suggestions on how to best address these standards!!
