ATT/NCR SVR4 performs automatic sharing of read only segments. Therefore 100 Oracle*Forms processes are running 1 copy of the executable and are only using memory for their READ/WRITE area. I don't remember the exact proportions, nor the exact commands to observe these numbers.
As a former ATT/NCR Oracle specialist I had 1st hand experience with 200+ users on a 3500. Upgrading to Oracle7, or worse (memory-wise), from Oracle6 on a tower to Oracle7 on a 3XXX - looks worse than it is because of the huge images, but disk usage is much worse than the actual memory usage averaged over a bunch of users.
