Homes & Land Publishing is rapidly expanding and looking to fill the following position immediately:

        Database Programmer

Job description (informal):

  • responsible for project development according to an agreed-upon schedule.
  • strong experience in at least two of the following computing platforms: Unix (Sun or System V), MS-DOS, Macintosh.
  • must know C language. C++ and other languages are great.
  • must know SQL database language.
  • Oracle tools (forms & reportwriter) are strong pluses.
  • At least 1 year experience required. More experience is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
  • Good communication skills with upper management required.
