Question about Oracle Apps 9.4.0 on DEC OSF/1

Hi,
I am in the process of installing Oracle Applications 9.4.0 on DEC OSF/1 1.3A. The RDBMS is 7.0.13.1.0. Since Oracle Applications runs with SQL*forms 2.3, it is necessary to install CRT and SQL*forms 2.3. When I attempt to link SQL*forms 2.3, I get the following link error:
Unresolved: log10 pow
Has anyone run across this error? Any suggestions? Thanks for any help on this matter.
