Oracle Reports 2.0.12 on SunOS 4.1.2/3 Erorr

Has anyone successfully installed Oracle Reports 2.0.12.1.1 on SunOS 4.1.2/3. I've been trying for over 3 weeks with no luck. Nothing Oracle support has told me fixes the problem. I've tried to install the new version on 3 different Suns and I get the same error. The previous 2 beta versions of Reports 2.0 worked OK. I receive the following error when I try to bring up the Reports 2.0 Designer.

REP-3300: Fatal error in ToolKit II (UI) UI-1: Undefined failure in UI.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem.
