The books I recommend are:
Oracle 7 -- The Complete Reference, George Koch. pub McGraw Hill
SQL/ORACLE, Finkenzeller, Kracke, Unterstein. pub Addison-Wesley
ORACLE Performance Tuning, Peter Corrigan and Mark Gurry. pub O'Reilly and Assoc.
There are others, but these are my favorites.
