Converting PROGRESS to ORACLE?

Does anyone have experience converting a Progress database and applications over to Oracle (either v6 or v7)? I'm interested in how difficult it was and any suggestions you may have as to how to make the process as painless as possible. Also, if you used an outside consultant or contractor who you are willing to share, we have budget (not for long though) if they have direct experience with the conversion process.
