Is there anybody know to write PROC for windows?
I have tried to use Visual Basic but it take a lot of time to setup the linkage to Oracle. Also, when i tried to compile PROC's sample file, two libraryfile specificed in winsam.mak is missed. That is LIBW.LLIB and LLIBCEW.LIB.
Is there anybody know where can i find this two files?
