Nothing in SQL buffer for ORACLE V.7?

Dear Netters:

    Our oracle system is changed from v6 to v7 recently.

    When I use
    select * from sys.all_catalog;
I can get more than 400 tables.

    However, when I run any sql program
like demobld.sql, after typing:

    run demobld.sql;
at the prompt SQL>, I am always told:

    Nothing in SQL buffer to run.

    I had no this problem in v6.
    Could you tell me how to cure this
problem?
