Looking for tips on moving to Oracle 7 and support routines

We are moving to Oracle 7 as we move to Solaris 2. I would love to find tips from folk who have already made the transition to Oracle 7 (and Solaris 2 if possible) to help us over the various bumps.
Are there any file, tech reports from Oracle, etc. where I should begin?
