What do you mean by "certified"? 7.0.13 is the first "official" release of Oracle V7 for AIX (in France: I think it was 7.0.12 in the US). And yes it can be installed ;>)

I don't know for this one (I use "dba" as group...)

I don't think so.

As a last word beware that Oracle need more space than what is indicated during the installation choice: even if you don't want to build a staging area, you'll end up with one!
And I remember having problems with installation of the XA Library (specifically when building the shared version of the libraries). Eventually I stayed away from the XA library and everything worked well.
