In the neverending quest to find good, competant distributors of a database access tool which runs under MS-Windows, I have decided to ask for recommendations from users satisfied with the competance of distributors of software running in this environment.

It is my experience that 90% of the computing industry is excess baggage. That is, that 90% of the individuals, and a good proportion of companies, do not have the skills or talents to do the job quickly and accurately. This makes it difficult to find competent distributors at a distance.

What I would like to hear, is recommendations from people who are satisfied with the quality of support they have received from their software distributor, particularly if that distributor has demonstrated skills in the areas of Microsoft Windows, databases, Unix, and any large systems.

Please email responses.
