Possible Export Problem???

We are running full system backuos nightly of a 350+ table dbms. A couple of times we have had to import 100+ of these tables. While our logs show no errors on either the export or import, we have had tables passed over and not imported, with no adverse message in our logs.
Before we go very far into our testing. I'm posting to ascertain if there are anyone else has seem something similar. We are running version 7.12
