Progress toward SQL-92 ?

What progress is Oracle* making toward SQL-92 ? Does Oracle7 deprecate any features from Oracle{6,5...} toward the goal of advancing SQL-92 ? Is Oracle7 SQL-89 FIPS-n compliant ?
