Capturing ORACLE CPU consumption

I am running some benchmarks on Oracle V6 and V7.. I see no way to capture the total CPU time consumed by all of the components of Oracle on behalf of my application program (the only CPU time I see in the traces is parse time for a statement). Does anyone know how I might measure CPU consumption by Oracle?
