The cursor starts in the first field which is enterable, working through them block by block, then field by field. So if your first block has its first enterable field on page 2, then you start on page 2.

Why d'you want to start on page 2? Surely that makes it your first page, ie. page 1?

If you want the cursor to change to a different field when the user presses enter_query, then write a trigger to do it.
