Sizing windows for RUN forms and menu, windows version

    Has anyone tried using the MS-Windows version of run forms and
menu for forms 3?  It's a windows app, which runs forms and menu
files created for the DOS version.  This gives it 3 crucial
advantages as far as we are concerned: 1) Windows memory management
2) Windows character set (instead of the DOS Code Page 863 set for
Canadian French) and 3) task switching capability for users with
other apps configured on their machines.  ORACLE has advised against
trying to run the DOS version in a Windows DOS prompt, which
otherwise would give us benefit 3 (and some of 1).  We were hoping
the windows version would solve the problem; but it has one of it's
own.  The window is fixed in size, and takes up only about half the
screen.  We want to re-size it so it uses as much of the screen as
possible; this is valuable real-estate here.  I have asked ORACLE
tech support and ORACLE post-sales tech support, who have put it out
on the company mailing system; they got no response, and didn't have
a clue how to do it.  If anyone could tell me if and how it's
possible, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks.
