Question on Inserting into a database

 Hi,

	I am inserting values into a database through SQL*Forms. I am 
	using SQL*Forms Version 3.0. When i insert into the database i 
	want the insert to be a success only if the record doesn't exist
	in the database.
	Could someone please let me know the procedure to do this.
