Problems with SQL*Menu 5.0

Hello Netters...
I'm having alot of trobule getting SQL*Menu 5.0 working on ORACLE 7.0.12
I've installed the software, but when I try to run SQL*Menu - I keep getting the same error, no matter the user.
User Does Not have Access to SQL*Menu.... or something like that (Noual) )
I understand that I have to grant access to users, but none of the DBA accounts seem to have access to SQL*Menu either....
Can anyone Help.
