 I have never had a problem using the INCLUDING CONTENTS option using any  version of 6 under Ultrix.

 However the real problem here is that you have a ton of data. Including  contents will take just as long as droping individual tables/objects.  (actuall it will take a little less but what's a few hours when the   process takes 4 days)

 Faced with the same problem on a small DB (2.5gb) I opted to recreate the  entire DB and import.
